The White Chocolate Macadamia + Ashwagandha & Lion’s Mane Adaptogen seedbars contain white chocolate chips sweetened with organic cane sugar, organic rice syrup solids, organic rice maltodextrin (used to sweeten and solidify the white chocolate).

All ingredients are organic and dairy free.

No! Elemental seedbars and crumble do NOT contain seed oils of any kind.

Many of our seedbars and crumble contain no added sugars. The Mulberry Cacao + Spirulina seedbar and crumble, Lemon Blueberry + Cashew seedbar and Currant Cacao + Hemp Seed seedbar and crumble contain no added sugars. other than the organic raw honey.

A handful of our products do contain minimal organic sugar in the ingredients as noted below as well as on product pages and packaging under the ingredients. We prioritize sourcing the highest quality organic, dairy free and gluten free ingredients and strive to source ingredients with zero to minimal added sugars. Based on current ingredient availability, the following products contain minimal added sugars.

We use the highest quality organic peanut butter that you can purchase on the market. There are no added oils, simply organic roasted peanuts. Same for our organic almond butter, it is made with organic roasted almonds only.

Lucuma is a superfood found in our Cranberry Almond + Lucuma seedbar and crumble. It is a fruit native to South America that has been dried at low temperatures and milled into a fine powder. It is a low glycemic sweetener that contains many nutrients including beta-carotene, iron, zinc, vitamin B3, calcium and protein.

Spirulina is a superfood found in our Mulberry Cacao + Spriulina seedbar and crumble. It is blue - green algae, which is a rich source of protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Specifically, B vitamins, beta-carotene, vitamin E, manganese, copper and zinc. It is detoxifying and contains immune strengthening, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is said to aid in lowering LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides, while raising HDL (good cholesterol).

Hemp seeds found in our Currant Cacao + Hemp Seed seedbar and crumble and are made up of 33% protein & contain all known amino acids. They are exceptionally rich in two essential fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) “the good fats.”

Elemental Superfood seedbars are more than your average energy bar! They are pure, nutrient rich, whole food nutrition bars. Balanced in protein and fiber and loaded with omega-3s and omega-6s for satisfaction and sustainable energy as a snack or meal on the go.

We have a certified organic and certified gluten-free facility in Southern California.

All of our products are certified Kosher by EarthKosher, except for the Mulberry, Cacao + Spirulina flavor.

All flavors are also Non-GMO Project verified, certified Gluten-Free, and certified 100% organic.

We have various customers that are on the paleo diet and eat our products. The Dark Chocolate + Peanut Butter flavor contains legumes and is therefore not recommended for paleo eaters. For all other flavors, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional to determine if our products are right for you.

Do not throw them out! The bars and crumble are still perfectly safe to consume. Simply, pop them in the fridge for storage upon arrival and enjoy!

We include ice packs with every order to provide a little extra coolness during transit, but if your products arrive warm, they are still perfectly safe, edible, and delicious.

The products will not spoil when warm as they consist of nuts and seeds. Refrigeration is suggested for freshness and best experience. Bars are good on the go for a month.

Tip: keep the ice packs and re-use them for lunch boxes and coolers!
