Our founder, Nicole, began with a simple desire to help and heal, a mission to create something her daughter could enjoy, even with numerous allergies and health restrictions. What started in her kitchen has blossomed into something extraordinary, and we are honored to share it with you.

You won’t find any extras or additives. Each bar is a balanced combination of healthy fats, carbs, and clean protein. Every ingredient is sustainably sourced and selected from the highest-quality organic locations we can find.

Elemental bars are travel-ready. They are refrigerated for freshness, but stay fresh for up to 30 days at room temperature. Because we don’t use binders or preservatives, they might soften a bit when they get warm, but thanks to the use of real ingredients, they are just as yummy cold or warm. Whether you're going camping, running errands, or on a plane, the bars are built to hold up.
